Barnaby

After about a year and a half delay (due to COVID) I will be running the Brighton Marathon on 12th September for Project Harar!

Phil and Alex

Somehow lockdown turned us both into cyclists and now we're taking on by far our biggest challenge yet, riding from London to Brighton! In a day!

We're doing it for Project Harar, a fantastic charity providing life-changing medical treatment to children in Ethiopia. So please donate and we'll think of you as our lungs are bursting over Ditchling Beacon!

I'm Jo, a nurse and keen cyclist. Really looking forward to the Brighton ride with the team. I have volunteered on 4 of the Complex Surgical Programmes and can't wait for the next one!

The first time I did a just giving page for Project Harar, back in 2014 my bio went along the lines of ....
"I burn cakes, and I fall off bikes, hate running and getting wet ... so.... I'm asking you to sponsor what I can do which is give anaesthetics ....
Now, I have learnt to ride a bike and have joined the challenge of riding from London to Brighton with the Project Harar team.  I still give anaesthetics and hope very much to be able to do so again in Ethiopia in the future!
