  • Our Donor Commitment

Our Donor Commitment

Our life-changing work in Ethiopia relies on the generosity of donors and supporters and we value every single donation we receive. This is particularly important to us as a small but highly effective charity.

We make a commitment to you that your gift to us will be used in the most beneficial, cost-effective and responsible way. We will ensure that thousands more children and young people receive the vital surgery they require to live lives of independence and dignity.

We also make a commitment to you that we will:

  • Keep your details secure
  • Not pass on your details to any other organisation
  • Acknowledge your donation and keep you informed of our work
  • Keep you informed of how your donation has been used
  • Respond promptly to any questions or complaints we receive from you
  • Not contact you if you ask us not to do so.
