Project Harar is committed to transparency on how we spend the funds received from our generous supporters, ensuring that we have a measurable impact in Ethiopia while working in the most cost-effective way.

In the year to 31 March 2017, Project Harar spent 81% of its funds raised on programmes and activities and 19% on fundraising, governance and administration. 70% of the programme and activities funds were spent directly on securing surgery for 1095 cleft patients with the balance being spent on our complex surgical mission and our patient review and nutrition programmes.
