Make a difference

Your time and money can transform the lives of some of Africa’s most disadvantaged young people. With your help, more children with facial disabilities will get the chance to eat, speak and smile.

A small amount of change can make all the difference. The cost of organising treatment for a young patient, including complex or follow-up care, is just £250. 

Help change a child's life by taking part in a sponsored run, organising an event, or putting us in touch with your local school or society. Fundraising is fun and easy, and we will support you throughout your efforts.

Where your money goes?

£10 buys prescription medicine, x-rays and scans for one patient

£50 secures microsurgery and overnight intensive care hospital treatment

£250 secures treatment for a child, including complex and follow-up care

£1,000 keeps our fieldworkers on the road for a fortnight - bringing life-changing treatment to children in the poorest communities.

100% of every donation funds projects for patients. Our UK fundraising and administration fees are covered by Project Harar's trustees.
